After scanning in and cropping the pages of storyboards I produced for the animation I'm working on, I then created an animatic of all the frames. But after giving each frame the needed 'time', I had the horror of seeing it was too long! So was forced to cut out a frames or two, which hurt me deeply. However, I was able to 'save' a few frames by designating them for a 'title screen'.
